Procrastination at it's best....

Well I keep telling myslef I need to post pics and a little info on how we are all doing and just have not got it done. So here it is.

All is well at the Hardin household. Katie is our little walking whinning garbage disposal, Kolbe our little bully and Gage is just Gage. Katie is in a rountine here at home with mom figuring out how to get things done with 3 kids. Kolbe is at the 3yr old stage on not listeningto anything anyone says and being a little Denise the Minice, getting into everything the minute I turn around. Gage hast started baseball for the first year, giving soccer a rest. They have given him the catcher posistion and he is doing fanomanal at this. I think it is the perfect posistion for him having to "pay attention" and not getting bored in the outfield picking daisies so to speak. Roy so nicely volenteered me to be score keeper without consulting me and has found out he should have thought this through. He now has to watch Kolbe and Katie atall the games while mom keeps score in her own chair away from everyone. LOVE IT!!!!

Well enough babbling for now.

Katie at 1 year

Well Katie has turned a year old as of the 13th of January. It just seems that it was a few months ago we first laid eyes on her. It was a small party with lots of cake and conversation. Katie still is not walking and I think she knows more than she is letting on. She must know once she walks she will not be carried or held as much. Smart kid. Either that or Gage and Kolbe has told her more than I know.

More to come!

Update.... Sorry for the drastic delays

It seems lonely in cyberville this morning.

All is well in the Hardin house. The boys are very content with the new toys Santa brought and mom with the clothes.

I FINALLY HAVE A CLEAN HOUSE!!!! Roy and I hunkered down and cleaned every nook and cranny last night except for the bathrooms and laundry room. I feel better now that my house is clean again. I try to explain to Roy that my whole schedule in cleaning has been interrupted by Katie's schedule. She is the only child in the house that sleeps past 6:30a.m. and then wants to nap by noon. This is normally my clean time. I cannot leave her in the playroom with Kolbe unattended yet until I know she can take up for herself to Kolbe. I then plan on taking her and placing her in her walker or high chair and sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. When Gage and Alexia come home at 3p.m. it's really impossible to do anything productive between the bickering they do and the whining Kolbe does in them not wanting to play trains or cars with him. So I need to adjust my schedule to fit hers and hope she can learn that mom will return when she is not in sight 24/7. Any other's out there with this issue in hand?

Christmas was nice we went no where and I was in my jammies all day. Suz and her family came over for a early dinner the I set my alarm for 4a.m. to power shop the mall and local stores for great after Christmas deals. Not a one found. Where is all the kick butt deals after Christmas? At most we found 50% off. I could have stayed in bed. The malls were deserted and we had front row parking in every parking lot we pulled into.

My father comes home from the Philippines today at 3:30p.m.

That's about it for now. Katie is feeling better and is a little piggy and the table. Still hates to lay in her crib and tells me about it every time I lay her down.
